Privacy policy – BTA Coaching and the Beach Tennis Aruba coaching website

What we store

• Your name, e-mail address, phone number and date of birth.
• Your group, your lessons and your attendance.
• Notes, progress, fitness tests and body measurements recorded by your coach.
• Matches you play.
• Details of your racket.
• Profile photos.
• Payments: fees owed and fees paid.
• A push token, if you allow notifications, so we can send them to your device.

Players under 18 are registered by, or with the consent of, a parent or guardian.

Why we store it

Only to run the coaching programme: planning lessons, following each player's progress and keeping track of fees. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase — database, login and file storage.
• Vercel — hosting of the website.
• Expo — delivery of app notifications.

These services may store data outside Aruba.

Who can see it

Coaches and administrators see the players they coach. Players see their own record. Nobody else has access.

How long we keep it

As long as you take part in the programme, and up to 12 months after you leave — unless you ask us to delete it earlier.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. E-mail contact@beachtennisaruba.com and we will help you.

Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your account in two ways:

• In the BTA Coaching app: go to Account and tap Delete my account. This sends us your request by e-mail.
• Or e-mail contact@beachtennisaruba.com from the address you use to sign in.

We delete your account and its data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail. That includes your login, your profile and contact details, your photos, your attendance, notes, progress, fitness tests and body measurements, your matches, racket details, payment records and any push tokens.
